What applies to this website

CCPA / CPRA (California): Do Not Sell or Share, access and deletion, and Global Privacy Control.
Colombia Law 1581 of 2012: habeas data rights for people whose data we handle from that jurisdiction. Requests go to privacy@metroriskmg.com.
Consent choices: essential cookies only until you opt in. See the cookie policy. This is a site control, not a claim that we are established in the EU.

What applies to services

Florida Chapter 493: licensed investigative activity. The license number is in the site footer.
FCRA: consumer reports for employment or housing are ordered on PeopleVetting.com, which has its own notices. This marketing site does not issue those reports.
Client contracts: investigative files follow the engagement letter and applicable law, not only this webpage.

EU-US Data Privacy Framework

Metro Risk Management Group LLC is not currently certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK extension, or the Swiss-US framework. If that changes, this page will say so and link the public listing. Until then, cross-border questions are handled under the privacy policy and the contract for the matter.
