Browsing metroriskmg.com is free. We do not charge subscription, membership, or “hidden” fees to view public content. Contacting us by phone or email does not create a billable engagement.

2. Paid services

Investigative, polygraph, surveillance, and related services are quoted in writing before work begins. People Vetting screening products are priced on peoplevetting.com under that platform’s terms.

3. Refunds

Website / inquiries: no charge; nothing to refund.
Engagements: refunds (if any) follow the written client agreement for that matter. Work already performed, third-party costs, and non-refundable retainers are disclosed in the quote or contract.
People Vetting: refunds for CRA products follow People Vetting’s published terms.

4. How to request a refund review
